1 Acceptance & Consent

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one gtbet account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If any of your personal details change, you must notify gtbet immediately. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Password Security

Keeping your account password and login details fully confidential is your own responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gtbet may request documents for identity verification at any time. Verification may be mandatory before withdrawals or after certain thresholds are exceeded. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or suspend payment processing.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at gtbet is ৳300. Approved payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits made via third-party accounts or methods in another person's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Your account must be fully verified and all wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Bank Transfer

Deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer are accepted. Major commercial banks (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) are generally supported. Contact the support team to find out the full list of supported banks.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gtbet offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A user may not claim each offer more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• gtbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. gtbet is not responsible for unintentional bets. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any abnormal outcome resulting from a technical error may be considered void. In such situations, the original stake will be refunded. gtbet does not provide compensation for technical issues during game operation.

6.3 Fair Play

gtbet ensures fair play across all games. Our games are operated using SSL encryption and an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). If any player attempts to manipulate the system or gain an advantage using automated software, their account will be closed.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
